Every summer, we host an English summer camp for international teens aged 12 to 16 in Cambridge's Clare College. Clare College is Cambridge University's second oldest campus and boasts nearly 700 years of academic achievement. This summer English course is a full-time, comprehensive programme with daily English classes, activities, excursions, accommodation, and a meal plan all included.

Summer junior English camp

Learn English faster during your summer holidays in England. Our full-time, immersive English camps for young people aged 13-17 cater to all your needs, and are a great way to make real progress while having a good time.

Your first language learning adventure!

Get ready to see the world with EF. During this junior English course you’ll learn English surrounded by native speakers in England, travel to the coolest places and have the time of your life with new friends from around the world! At the junior English camp, you’ll maximise your learning. We cap class sizes at 17 students so you can communicate more and gain confidence speaking English. To ensure our strict quality standards are met, we handpick our English camp leaders and give them in-house training in working with international teens from all over the world.

Junior summer English camp programme details:

• Start dates: Mondays in June, July & August (contact us for specific dates in each location)

• Locations: Bournemouth, Cambridge, Cambridge Clare College, Bristol, and Eastbourne

• Levels: Any level, aged 13-17 when camp starts

• Weekly tuition: 13 hours 20 minutes (general) or 17 hours 20 minutes (intensive)

• Duration: 2-4 weeks

Accommodation options in Cambridge summer camp

Your course includes accommodation in a twin room with a carefully selected local host and full board. You can also stay on the Cambridge Clare College campus in a twin room for a supplement of £180/week with shared facilities and half board (lunch meal plan required for an additional fee). EF staff will be on-duty in the student residence 24 hours a day.
*Some twin and multi rooms may have adult size bunk beds.
