But if you are looking for independence and an international crowd, you may want to consider a student residence.
In Nice, the Villa Saint Exupery is a year-round residence with en suite single, twin and triple rooms. A tasty, all you can eat breakfast buffet is included in the price and all other meals self-catering. Wi-Fi internet is free. During the summer months there are also more residence options available.
In Paris our main residence are the Aparthotel Citea chain with three locations throughout Paris, including two sites only 15 minutes from the Champ Elysees and a third within walking distance to Bois de Vincennes and Place de la Nation.
